BintangGas has successfully executed comprehensive safety inspection and maintenance services for the commercial gas infrastructure at MyTown Shopping Mall, Cheras, a premier retail destination owned by Boustead Ikano Sdn Bhd.

### SCOPE OF WORK

Our specialized engineering team conducted end-to-end safety audits, rigorous leak detection, and preventive maintenance on the mall’s extensive commercial gas piping network. This included testing all primary and secondary pressure regulators, emergency shut-off valves, and commercial kitchen manifold systems. Our primary focus was to ensure zero gas leaks and seamless performance across all food and beverage tenant outlets.

To guarantee uninterrupted and safe daily operations, all maintenance procedures were executed in strict compliance with the Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga) and DOSH safety regulations.
